Price is per person Learn lifesaving with us! Teaches an understanding of the lifesaving principles embodied in the four components of water-rescue education – judgment, knowledge, skill and fitness. Rescuers learn tows and carries, and defence methods and releases in preparation for challenging rescues of increased risk involving conscious and unconscious victims of various types. Lifesavers develop stroke efficiency and endurance in a 400 m timed swim. 2023 Course Dates: 1. May 27 & 28 (Sat/Sun 9a-4p) & June 3 & 4 (Sat/Sun 9a-4p) PRIVATE COURSE 2. AUG dates TBD - (possibly Aug 26-27 & Sept 2-3) email bookings@ if interested - we will add you to our wait list.  We need a minimum of 6 participants for course to run. Lessons are rarely cancelled.
