343 reviews for Coldwater Creek, 1.2 stars: 'If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They are horrible. My order has yet to be refunded after 2 months and countless phone calls. Shipping charges are ridiculous ($14.99 for a $69 sweater) but it was a Christmas gift specifically picked out my the recipient so I paid. When the sweater didn't fit and I had to return, they charged another $10. So from the get-go, I am out $25 plus no refund yet. They lied to me over and over about processing my refund. After another 30 min phone call, I was promised again it was being processed, but I am doubtful. This company is beyond awful and is why people will continue to order from large corporations like .'
