In a trio of videos shared with us exclusively, the designer talks about her start in fashion (the spark was selling a lot of Yves Saint Laurent to a high-ranking staffer at Vogue), her personal uniform of T-shirt and leggings, and the way her Kohl's range is "about encouraging women, not intimidating them."
