We use a heat transfer vinyl for the rainbow motif which is applied with a commercial heatpress. The sleeves are a cute flutter and there skirting is full for twirling. We typically recommend ordering the size corresponding with age for the best fit. This dress is meant to be worn at a vintage above the knee length.
