Substantially weighty curb chain necklace punctuated with round coin discs featuring raised logo Medusa heads form a long collar necklace that is the perfect length for layered. Thick curb link chain has a foldover clasp for a smooth, clean finish. Signature oval cartouche on back of necklace.
