Description

Vintage SEARS shapewear bodysuit. Creamy ivory (like piano key color) color. Lace and stain cups. Dual straps that adjust and can be repositioned at back for cross back styles. Heavier weight bodice with boning under bust to about top waist and at sides from underarm to top hip where it is softer but sturdy. Dual position hook and eye closure at crotch. Measures approximately 14 inches pit to pit at bust, about 12 inches at waist boning side to boning side when held flat (picture hard to lay flat) & about 14 inches just under boning area at side seams at hips (again—hard to lay flat). Elasticized “stitching” on elastic at top back removed due to age dry out but that was only slightly functional since on elastic band & with vintage cut/sizing—can use the additional stretch to accommodate more of a modern day 36D in bust. Has a slight stored vintage smell for storing. Would be perfect for a vintage wedding ensemble as the “old” & should be able to freshen with gentle hand wash & line dry.
